Sleep Apnea and CPAP Machines

Do you wake up at night gasping for breath? Do you snore? Do you feel like you have not slept when you wake up in the morning? Are you grouchy or irritable? Do you fall asleep driving? If the answer is yes, read on.

When you have Sleep Apnea you are sleep deprived or in my words starved for a good nights sleep.
If you have the symptoms and did not know what why you are having these long sleep interrupted nights, you could have sleep apnea. CPAP Batteries

In order to be sure you need to complete a sleep study. This can be done as an outpatient in the hospital or in the privacy of your own home. It is simple and easy. You are connected to some electrodes that monitor your breathing and heart rate. Your job is to sleep.

When you have sleep apnea this is not a medial condition you can take lightly. The fact is that several times during the night you stop breathing.

I have gone through the sleep study and now I have my CPAP Machine. This machine will be my bedmate for life. It takes an adjustment to get used to – but in the long run it will prolong my life.

If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and you do not use the CPAP machine – you are leaving yourself wide open for several serious medical problems.

Heart Attack, Stroke and Diabetes, there are others but these are the major problems.

If you find that after you receive your CPAP machine you are having problems using it properly call your representative. They will be happy to help you adjust. It will save your life.
